Artistically, there's some things I would have (should have) done differently. Once again I'm lured into overcomplicating things with lots of detail. It's a fine line for me to walk and too easy to let the painting topple into ruin due to over-caring for it.

I love the technique you used to fade the butterflies back into the space (I watched the timelapse). I think you captured the state of the ruined buildings well. I have but one question, Miss Doodles, for the black, did you use watered-down india ink or just black watercolor? To the effect of over-working the piece, my professor used to tell me that it might be time to put my hands in my pockets. I guess sometimes you just need to force yourself to stop while you're ahead and call it finished! Great job, by the way; I'm a huge fan of you and the guys.
